Normandy D-Day Landings Museum - Bayeux

 

Just a few minutes from the landing beaches, this 2,000 sq m museum tells the full story of the combat operations which took place on Norman soil from 7 June to 29 August 1944. Equipment, uniforms, new 25 mm archive film, the historic sequence of events and themed zones are presented in a recently redesigned setting.
